ParkingRhino among 40 selected startups to compete in Pitch at #SURGEConf

To encourage minds which have develop technology in their arena of specialization, web summits has been introduced by Paddy Cosgrave, Daire Hickey and David Kelly in the year 2010. The idea of the web summit was to connect the old and new technology community to bigger audience, that is the industries. Over the years, web summit has grown and today it has become the largest technology conference in the world.
As Bangalore has mark its place as a technology hub for startups, web summit launched its first ever web summit SURGE in Bangalore, India in 2016. The event attracted over 5000 attendees from around 72 countries and it featured panel discussions and startup showcase area. In this event ParkingRhino was also shortlisted in top 40 startup ideas and it will battle it out to be crowned as 2016’s best startup. Its geo-navigation map-based search for parking slots in India was appreciated by the respective jury.
